How verified cash becomes
financial action
Voldier™ turns a bank-confirmed payment into matched cash, workflow triggers, and operator control inside one financial operating layer. This is how it works.
The Invoice-On-Payment™ principle
Traditional AR invoices first, then chases the payment — and adjusts credit notes when the money never arrives. Voldier inverts the order: the customer receives a pre-invoice notice, the bank confirms the payment, and only then the fiscal invoice is issued.
Before
Invoice → chase → maybe paid → credit note if not
Invoice-On-Payment™
Notice → paid → invoice. No chase, no credit note.

What Voldier detects
Verified bank data is the source used to detect and reconcile payments automatically.
Zelle payment activity
Verified Zelle payment activity used to match incoming transfers to the right invoice.
ACH deposit activity
Verified ACH deposit activity including originator name, amount, and effective date.
Wire transfer activity
Domestic and international wire activity, including SWIFT/IBAN reference data when present.
Check deposit activity
Verified check deposit activity including check number and deposited amount.
Voldier keeps payment detection tied to verified bank activity.
The technology
A purpose-built pipeline that turns verified bank activity into clean, matched invoice records.
Signal extraction
Voldier extracts the structured fields needed to reconcile incoming payment activity accurately.
Fuzzy invoice matching
Matching uses amount, payer name, date, and reference field together. Fuzzy name matching handles minor spelling variations between payer and customer records.
Configurable reminders
Automated reminder sequences run before and after the due date. Define the cadence per customer segment. Sequences stop automatically when payment is detected.
Configurable escalation sequences
Define multi-stage reminder sequences per customer tier or invoice age. Example: 3 days before due — friendly reminder. Due date — payment due notice. 3 days after — follow-up. 7 days after — escalate to manager. 14 days after — flag for manual review. All configurable, all automatic.

Frequently asked questions
How it works
Does Voldier access my bank account?
Voldier uses a verified read-only bank connection. We never store online banking usernames or passwords, and we never move funds.
What if a payment doesn't have an email notification?
Voldier flags the invoice for manual review. Alternatively, the customer can forward their payment receipt to your designated inbox — Voldier will parse the forwarded email and reconcile automatically.
What if I do not want to connect my bank?
Reconciliation runs from secure verified bank data, so teams do not need to manage manual files or email-based flows.
Can I use this with any accounting software?
Yes. Any accounting software that can export a CSV of open invoices is compatible. Direct QuickBooks Online sync is already available.
Does it send payment reminders automatically?
Yes. Configurable reminder sequences run automatically: 3 days before the due date, on the due date, and at 3, 7, and 14 days after. Sequences stop automatically as soon as Voldier detects the payment. Cadences are fully customizable per customer segment.
Is my email data safe?
Raw email bodies are discarded immediately after parsing. The only data retained is: sender name, amount, date, and payment reference. All stored data is encrypted at rest with AES-256, and all connections use TLS. Voldier does not sell or share your data.
Plans, pricing & QuickBooks
Does Voldier replace QuickBooks?
Not immediately — it complements it. RL syncs confirmed payments back to QB automatically. Over time, as you manage AR, AP, and cash flow inside RL, you'll open QB mainly for taxes and your accountant. That's the intended path.
What does Voldier cost?
Voldier starts free. Core bundles are Growth $49/mo, Business $99/mo, Enterprise $349/mo, and Plus $459/mo. Every bundle uses capped capacity, with expansion packs added only where needed. See full pricing →
What are skills and how do bundles work?
Bundles cover the operating core. Expansion packs and selected finance skills let you add more bank checks, campaigns, contracts, intelligence, and control without pretending anything is unlimited.
What is Cash Flow Forecasting?
RL tracks how each customer actually pays — not just when invoices are due. If a client always pays 10 days late, RL shows your real expected cash for next week, not the nominal amount from invoice dates. QuickBooks can't do this because it doesn't read your bank emails.
I'm an accountant managing multiple clients. Do I get a discount?
Yes. The Voldier ProAdvisor Partner Program lets you buy RL Credits at wholesale (20–35% off) and activate plans for your clients. You keep the margin. Learn more →
Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period.
Compliance & Security
Is Voldier a debt collector?
No. Voldier is financial operations software built on verified bank data, not a debt collector. It does not contact debtors on its own behalf. All payment reminders are sent from the business's own domain and phone number. Voldier is classified under NAICS 518210 (Data Processing and Hosting).
Does Voldier require my bank password?
No. Voldier never stores online banking usernames or passwords. Bank connections are read-only.
What payment types does Voldier reconcile?
Voldier reconciles Zelle transfers, ACH deposits, wire transfers, FedNow and RTP payments, and check activity using verified bank data.
Does Voldier integrate with QuickBooks?
Yes. Direct QuickBooks Online sync is included starting with the Business bundle.
Who is Voldier for?
Voldier is built for US small business owners receiving Zelle payments, property managers reconciling ACH rent, distributors matching Wire transfers to purchase orders, and QuickBooks users who want payments auto-applied to invoices.
Ready to stop reconciling manually?
Connect your bank securely, import your invoices, and let Voldier handle the matching.
